College Council

The college council consists of the Principal, Heads of all Departments, two members elected from among the Teaching Staff and office superintendent. It is constituted mainly to advise the Principal on the administrative and academic matters pertaining to the college. It meets once a month and is presided over by the Principal.

Functions of the Governing Body

● Frames institutional policies and ensures effective overall governance of the College. ● Constitutes various programme committees and monitors, guides, and approves their proposals. ● Periodically reviews the progress of the Institution and provides strategic direction to achieve its vision and mission. ● Formulates strategies to foster an environment that promotes academic and administrative excellence. ● Recommends measures to strengthen outreach activities and enhance engagement with the community and industry. ● Sanctions and oversees the annual budget and major financial decisions. ● Discharges all other responsibilities necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Institution.
